SMTP: bowery.com port 25 (OR 26 if your ISP is blocking 25) supports secure connection (SSL) on port 25,26,or 465
(note: set the 'SMTP requires authentication' - same username/password as checking mail)
POP/POP3: bowery.com port 110 (secure port 995) supports secure connection (SSL)
(note: IMAP is recommended over POP)
